International Duties & Shipping

Currently, MAGGIEXMERCER offers DHL Express for all overseas shipping. Weight and distance/locale determine price. 

MAGGIEXMERCER will not refund charges on overseas orders until the host country returns a lost or “undeliverable” parcel. Once a parcel leaves the US, we are unable to pursue delivery in a foreign country, and it becomes the customer’s responsibility. A DHL Express/USPS tracking number is provided to all international customers, indicating when the order has left the US. 

We want to ensure transparency regarding VAT (value-added taxes). As an international customer, you are responsible for any value-added taxes imposed by your country of residence. These charges are not included in your order total.

At times, foreign customs will delay parcels for postal delivery. If your order is unduly late, please check with your local Customs office to inquire about any processing delays on their end. Often, these delays are related to VAT payments.
